The Everbuild Black Jack 904 Bitumen Roof Felt Adhesive is a bitumen-based adhesive that bonds roofing felt to most surfaces including metal, wood and concrete. The cold-applied adhesive has a high bond strength, providing a tough but flexible film which both hardens and softens with fluctuating temperatures .
